Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

All antennas and bow rail mounts are delivered by Parcelforce Tracked 48. We dispatch within one working day of the order where we have the item in stock. If we do not, we will advise you at the time of purchase, but we maintain good stock levels. Antennas, due to their size are dispatched in a tin ended thick protective 1.07cm cardboard tube at £16.92 while bow rail mounts are dispatched inside bubble wrap protection wrapped in a small box at £10.32.

Connectors and cable up to 5 meters are dispatched by Royal Mail, first class, signed for delivery. UK Mainland is 0 – 1Kg (small jiffy bag) £5.95 Royal Mail Service 2- 3 working days. Longer lengths of cable may require a higher postal rate, but we will discuss that with your order.

Returns

For Metz, the extreme durability and compact nature of their products have earned them a reputation as the chosen brand for the antennas of the United States Coast Guard. The Manta antenna is constructed from a small stainless-steel cylinder that is protected through a tight-sealing O-ring and UV-resistant plastic cap. When compared to their fiberglass counterparts, these antennas are better suited to withstand the climate extremes, rigorous sea conditions, and demands that accompany constant use. For the Coast Guard to put their faith in Metz, your application should be no challenge.

 

In the unlikely event of a return, if the item is being returned through a fault or damage, we will pay for that postage.

  1. Please contact us by email on info@seasthedaymarine.co.uk. This way we’ll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you’d like to exchange the product.
  2. We will return your contact by telephone or email and arrange the terms of postage
  3.  Once we receive the item, we will be able to proceed with a refund or an exchange.
